We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join a busy litigation-focused team in London! An opportunity has arisen for a confident and detail-focused Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join a well-established Trade Marks team. This position suits someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy practice, providing essential support to solicitors, and helping to keep complex matters on track.

The role will involve overseeing file management and document control, monitoring deadlines and calendars, preparing legal correspondence, and ensuring records are kept up to date. You will also play a key part in financial administration, including billing and expenses, alongside providing broader PA support such as coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
