We're looking to speak with candidates who have:
- A minimum of five years' experience working as a Trade Mark Paralegal.
- Strong working knowledge of UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO procedures.
- Proven experience managing watch notices, oppositions, and drafting related documentation and specifications.
- Experience of renewals would be advantageous.
As a senior member of the team, you'll play an important role in supporting attorneys, managing complex trade mark matters and maintaining strong client relationships – they are looking for someone who can work largely unaided within a close-knit team!
