Our client, a leading law firm is looking for an experienced Mid-Senior Level Trade Mark professional to join their team supporting a varied portfolio of clients!
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in Trade Mark Administration who enjoys working in a structured, detail-focused environment and wants to take ownership of a broad range of administrative responsibilities. The role will involve maintaining accurate records, coordinating key dates and deadlines, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting the wider team.
You'll also have regular contact with internal stakeholders and external parties, helping to ensure matters progress smoothly and that clients receive a consistently high level of service. There will be opportunities to get involved across a range of processes, making this a varied role rather than purely routine administration.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Trade Mark Admin/Paralegal role, with a good understanding of trade mark processes and relevant online systems. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential, alongside confident communication skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
