Job Description
Our client, a leading Intellectual Property firm, is seeking an experienced Patent Paralegal to join their busy team in London on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role you will be supporting Patent Attorneys across patent filings, formalities and administrative work.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and filing UK, EP and PCT applications.
- Managing deadlines, docketing and case records.
- Supporting EP grants, validations and prosecution.
- Liaising with clients, attorneys and overseas associates.
- Preparing reports and correspondence and providing general team support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Patent Paralegal or IP experience in private practice.
- Good knowledge of UKIPO, EPO and PCT procedures.
- Experience with IP systems
- Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
