We are working with a well-regarded law firm in London who are looking to recruit a Trade Mark Formalities Paralegal to join their growing Intellectual Property team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in trade mark formalities who is looking to broaden their experience within a busy and collaborative environment.
The role will focus on supporting the firm's trade mark and design portfolios. Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and filing trade mark and design applications.
- Managing renewals and registry filings.
- Monitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate records.
- Processing registry correspondence and updating client portfolios.
- Supporting client onboarding and general formalities work.
