Overview
Are you seeking a new role within Intellectual Property? We are working with a top-rate law firm in the East Midlands who are seeking a Legal Records Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
For this role, you will need at least a year’s experience working within IP or within an administrative role in professional services. You will not need a CIPA / CITMA qualification for this role but if you do have this, then it may be looked upon favourably. If you have a Business Administration / Secretarial qualification, then this role could be perfect for you. Additionally, you should have a good educational background and strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing inboxes.
- Maintaining accurate records within the firm’s IP management system.
- Acting as first point of contact to clients.
- Handling internal and external communications, queries, etc.
