Job Description
A highly regarded law firm is seeking a proactive Legal Administrator to join their Intellectual Property team on a full-time, permanent basis! This role supports a team of Patent Attorneys (including a Partner) and involves a broad range of administrative related tasks across UK, European, and international IP matters. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
- Managing case records and maintaining accurate IP databases
- Liaising with global associates and official bodies
- Monitoring deadlines, workloads, and supporting fee earners day-to-day
- Handling client communications, invoicing, and diary management
Ideal Candidate:
