The successful individual will ideally hold experience within a Patent role, whether this be a formalities, administrator or a secretarial role. However, those without experience in IP will also be considered if they hold a CILEX Level 3 qualification. You must have a driven and positive outlook toward your workload and be keen to showcase this in this unmissable opportunity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key!
The role will include:
- Administration and diary management.
- Liaising with clients as well as drafting emails to clients.
- Preparing cost estimates in review for the paralegal.
- Doing reminders and maintaining deadlines, as well as raising client invoices.
