Are you seeking the next step in your career? We are working with a leading law firm who are seeking an IP Records & Formalities Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Requirements
To be successful, you will need strong experience in managing IP administration processes and handling a high caseload. Additionally, you will need to be able to effectively delegate workloads within the team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work. Ideally, you will hold the CITMA and / or CIPA administration qualification. At least 8 years’ experience working within IP administration is preferable for this role.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing administrative operations.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the firm’s IP management system, making changes if required.
- Handling workloads, delegating work appropriately.
- Maintaining accurate case records, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Processing correspondence, being responsible for appropriate responses.
