- You will need experience working as an IP Administrator within a reputable firm.

- An IP Admin qualification would be beneficial. However, this is not at all essential.
Outline of duties:
- Onboarding new cases / closing old cases.
- Updating the status of case records on the system.
- Ensuring all case information is up-to-date, updating as required.
- Alerting the relevant individuals of important deadlines.
- Adding correspondence chains to records.
- Dealing with client requests / queries.
- Processing IPO communications.
