We are working with a reputable firm who are seeking an experienced Formalities Administrator to join their busy Trade Marks team on a full-time, permanent basis. For this role, you will need existing trade mark formalities experience in order to hit the ground running. If you have the CITMA qualification, this may be advantageous, but not essential. Additionally, you'll need to have great organisation skills as you will be responsible for managing a high case load.
Duties will include:
- Filing trade mark and design applications.
- Attending to formalities requirements.
- Updating and maintaining IP systems.
- Processing renewals and monitoring watch notices.
