Are you seeking a new challenge within a leading law firm? We might have just the role for you. Our client in Bristol are seeking a motivated Business Support Administrator to join their IP Renewals team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with some existing administration experience, who is interested in working within a busy legal environment. Great communication skills (written and verbal) are essential, along with strong task prioritisation skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Docketing renewals information correctly within the firm’s case management system.
- Ensuring renewal deadlines are met.
- Ensuring invoices are accurate.
- Acknowledging client instructions, acting upon these accordingly.
- Corresponding with clients and attorneys regarding renewals requirements / queries.
