Are you seeking an exciting in-house IP opportunity? We are working with a well-recognised organisation who are seeking a skilled Patent Paralegal to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
For this role, you will need strong knowledge in patent filing procedures and formalities. A CIPA qualification would be advantageous; however, this may not be essential. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ experience working within a similar post. To be successful, you should be a confident and hardworking individual with great communication skills.
Duties:
Drafting and filing patent forms in the relevant jurisdictions.
Handling patent validation processes.
Processing official communications.
Preparing correspondence.
Maintaining the firm’s IP management system.
Assisting Attorneys with any additional tasks.
This is a great role for a motivated patent support candidate who is looking to work within an in-house setting.
