Role Description
The Operations Planner sits at the heart of our production and logistics operation, working closely with the Operations Manager in the execution of our production plan; from the purchasing of livestock from suppliers to the delivery of meat products to customers. This role requires logistical precision, proactive problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills. It suits someone who’s organised, looking for a new challenge and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and find a way!
Location: Guildford | Full-time, on-site

Technical Skills & Experience:
- Numerical Proficiency: Strong ability to handle price calculations, stock reconciliation, and data-driven decision-making.
- IT Savvy: Proficient in office software and production management systems. Training offered for any systems that haven’t been used before.
- Process Management: Experience managing complex logistical processes or production workflows.
