We\’re looking for a new team member to join our expanding Entertainment and Talent department. If you have 4+ years of experience managing creative and impactful PR campaigns for high-profile, mainstream talent and are looking to take the next step in your career within the world of TV, film, radio, West End and comedy at one of the most respected communications agencies in the UK, we\’d love to hear from you. We are looking for great communicators who are passionate about entertainment. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder that has press junket, red carpet, crisis management and talent-handling experience, who is excited to work across multiple clients from established names to rising stars and is able to deliver impactful and creative campaigns across press and broadcast. The right person will need to share the Entertainment team’s huge ambitions for the future and possess the ability and work ethic to help bring them to fruition! Check out our full client roster and company info: www.dawbell.com To apply, please email your CV and cover letter to holly.appleton@dawbell.com At DawBell you will get to: Play a key role in growing DawBell’s entertainment offering Work on exciting projects and pitches for a range of high-profile personalities alongside nurturing new talent coming through Be solely responsible for managing your campaigns, creating strategic PR plans, pitching to media outlets and always thinking one step ahead Liaise directly with talent, agents and client reps along with key stakeholders and commercial partners, building and maintaining good relationships Work with the Head of Entertainment to identify, pursue and convert new opportunities for the department Collaborate with and support the Head of Entertainment on key clients About you: 4+ years experience managing PR for talent and personalities, ideally within TV/Film or the wider entertainment industry Confident working with well-known talent Crisis management experience An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be a part of growing a department Thorough knowledge of the current media landscape Excellent media contacts across all areas of press, podcasts and national TV and Radio Strong understanding of strategy and how to use it to best effect in campaigns Solid writing skills (press releases, pitches and proposals) Good presentation skills, creating and presenting decks Excellent time management with the ability to work to strict deadlines and multi-task Strong communicator, with fantastic people skills. Passionate, open and friendly A calm and efficient problem solver, able to deal with crisis comms Results-driven for clients and able to work as a team You would be joining a team of 40 people, with regular social events including our Summer, Halloween, Christmas and Easter parties.
