The Role
- Plan and deliver innovative and engaging lessons in Islamic Studies and Arabic Grammar
- Ensure provision of high quality education in line with the organisation’s expectations
- To teach students aged 16 and above
- Using our textbooks, course books and other learning materials
- Completion of syllabus within the given time frame
- Engaging with students making learning enjoyable and interesting for them
- Prepare students for mid-term and annual examinations by following the prescribed teaching timetable
Essential Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Islamic Studies and Arabic Grammar
- Passionate about raising achievement and providing the best possible Islamic education for all children
- Ability to work on own initiative and identify new opportunities
- Ability to relate well to young people and adults
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good standard of IT skills
- Participate in ongoing training for continued professional development (organisational & professional)

Desirable Skills
- Successfully completed Alim/Alima course or a similar Islamic course
- Successfully completed Qiraat course
