Are you a motivated, results-driven sales professional passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth? Daw Signs, a trusted leader in custom signage and fit-out solutions, is expanding and we want you on board! This role is based in Glasgow but involves managing and growing sales across Southern and Northern England regions. Help us expand our footprint across commercial, retail, and construction sectors by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and closing impactful deals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and pursue new business leads and partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver tailored signage solutions
- Represent Daw Signs & Fit-outs at industry events, client meetings, and site visits
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales or business development (signage, print, or construction sectors a plus)
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Self-starter with strong time management and organisation
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
- Passion for design, branding, or visual communication is a bonus!
