A new role has opened for an Investment Analyst. This role will support the UK Investment Team’s delivery of the Davy proposition across client portfolios and achievement of its financial and operational goals and targets. This is a very exciting time to join a business that is experiencing significant growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Day to day support in the management of Davy UK discretionary and advisory portfolios
  • Implement transactional activity in line with central processes and form policy and guidance
  • Once permitted provide support to execution dealing service
  • Performance and attribution, including bespoke reporting for high-net-worth clients
  • Monitoring of corporate actions, cash balances and other regulatory reports
  • Implementations of various regulatory reporting requirements and the provision of a range of system driven MI for management
  • Support ad hoc project work relating to investment management and investment operations
  • Contribute to the development of the Davy UK investment processes and policies

Requirements:

  • Finance or business related third level qualification, degree or postgraduate (2:1 or higher)
  • A strong client focus, to ensure effective service delivery
  • Proven planning and organisation skills
  • High degree of financial literacy and numeracy
  • Excellent MS skills across PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • High level of drive and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work under pressure in a performance driven environment
  • Results focused with tenacity to overcome obstacles
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Effective team player
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to network and build internal and external business relationships
  • Prepared to travel on business within and outside NI
