About Us
DaVita UK delivers life-saving kidney care to over 2,000 patients across England.
Supports Operations team with:
- Meetings planning and coordination
- Notes taking among other tasks identified by the Director of Operations
- Organising travel and accommodations as needed for Operations events
Operational Support:
- Support senior leadership with facilities management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Special Projects:
- Support the coordination of special projects working closely with the Director of Operations
Data Management:
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and paper records as per guidance from the Director of Operations
Material Requests:
- Support with ad hoc material requests and assist with financial record-keeping for the Operations Team
Coordination:
- Schedule meetings, coordinate ad hoc and special deliveries, and manage calendars
Communication:
- Serve as a first point of contact for staff and customers, liaising with suppliers, and handling customer inquiries
