Role Overview

We’re looking for a HR Advisor to join our London Head Office in Colliers Wood. As the HR Advisor, you’ll support teammates and leaders throughout their employment lifecycle at DaVita UK. You’ll be joining a busy People Services team and report to the Director of People Services Manager. Being a HR Advisor in DaVita UK will be a wide-ranging role. The kind of things you can expect to be doing are:

  • Create meaningful working relationships with teammates and line managers at all levels of the organisation.
  • Build credibility by providing professional, timely advice and support to line managers on a variety of people-related queries.
  • Manage sickness absence reporting, including analysis of data to identify trends and come up with suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Support with disciplinary or grievance meetings.
  • Ensure Parental Leave and flexible working requests are dealt with.
  • Work closely with the People Services Administrator and Recruitment Manager to ensure new starters are onboarded successfully.
  • Actively contribute to the delivery of the corporate engagement strategy.
  • Conduct exit interviews with any leavers, identify trends and feedback to the business to increase retention.
  • Assist with the delivery of any relevant HR training rolled out to the organisation.
  • Generate monthly reports of all HR data and KPIs.
  • Accurately maintain the HR Systems (Workday) and ADP.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • At least 4 years previous experience in a similar role providing generalist HR support.
  • Experience in a multi-site organisation such as healthcare, retail or logistics would be advantageous.
  • HRIS experience with ADP and Workday preferred.
  • Personable, friendly demeanour to be able to build rapport with teammates quickly.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with demonstrable experience of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confident communication skills across all mediums: phone, email, video call and face to face.
  • Analytical skills to understand data and use it to inform recommendations and decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and comfortable manipulating large data sets.
  • Creative, open to new ideas and a solution-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Level 3 CIPD is strongly preferred.
