Role Summary: Demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for the assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for nursing care delivery. Under the department manager's guidance, leads safety and quality initiatives, streamlines workflow, and supports staff development. Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 months of nursing experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred. If the graduate degree isn't in nursing, a BSN is mandatory.
