This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor /Conveyancer to join a supportive team and gain hands‑on experience in property transactions.

What you’ll do

When you join the team with Davisons Law as a Residential Property Solicitor /Conveyancer, you will manage your own case load with minimum supervision in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions; handling sales, purchases, Deeds of Variation, remortgages, and transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

You will have a relevant qualification (i.e. solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, estate agents and lenders.
  • Manage own work allocation must have proven track record as a Residential Property Solicitor /Conveyancer Fee Earner
  • Process cases on a timely and cost‑effective basis.
  • Strong organisational skillset, IT literate and experience of using web-based case management systems.
  • Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • Supporting/development assistants and paralegals
  • Work on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
  • Experience of handling client enquiries both face to face, remotely and by telephone.
