What you’ll do
When you join the team with Davisons Law as a Client Relationship Team Assistant , you will have experience in the customer service sector preferably reception duties. You will have strong customer service skills and be comfortable speaking with clients and third parties both on the telephone and in person.
This role will require communicating professionally both in written and verbally. The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, methodical and presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full support to our Conveyancing department to enable them to operate efficiently
- Preparing correspondence using our case management system
- Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person, be comfortable problem solving and demonstrate initiative whilst working under pressure
- Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
- Maintaining good relationship with new business introducers and possess a high level of accuracy whilst being a good team player and high organised
- Guiding clients with the initial first steps of their move
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch, arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
- Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
