This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious New Build Property Conveyancer/ Solicitor to join a supportive team and will deal with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, particularly involving New Build properties.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee and manage your own case load of new build property matters, from inception through to conclusion, including sales, purchases, shared ownership, right to buy, and lease extensions ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, providing legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process.
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess excellent technical experience and knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations, as well as the ability to process cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with departmental procedures.
- Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis, achieving agreed billing targets.
- Have a strong organisational skillset, be IT literate and have experience of using web-based case management systems.
- Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
- Work on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
- Handle client enquiries both face to face, remotely and by telephone.
