What you’ll do
When you join the team with Davisons Law as an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, you will provide accurate legal advice to clients and handle matters from initial instruction through to completion unsupervised. You will manage your own caseload on all legal aspects of buying, selling, leasing, and developing commercial properties. You will be fully qualified with 3 or more years PQE in Commercial Property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have a proven track record of providing legal guidance on various commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
- Managing transactions and overseeing the legal aspects of buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases.
- To handle a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Be passionate about engaging in, developing, and maintaining strong professional working relationships with clients and other professionals.
- Process matters in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Strong organisation skillset, IT literate and experience of using case management systems.
- Be commercially driven and astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
- To have excellent administrative, planning, organisation, and time management skills.
- Have a firm and functional knowledge within commercial property law, continuously updating your legal knowledge and staying informed about relevant legal developments.
