We are seeking a Communications Manager to join a respected organisation dedicated to supporting young people and volunteers in developing confidence, leadership, and life skills. This is your chance to deliver creative communications that engage, inform, and inspire.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop Strategies: Create and deliver effective communication plans and campaigns to support organisational goals.
  2. Content Creation: Oversee high-quality publications, including quarterly magazines, newsletters, and digital content.

  4. Digital and Print Media: Manage both print and digital content production, working with design and editorial teams.

Essential

We’re looking for a skilled communicator with the following:

  1. A recognised qualification or proven success in communications or marketing.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  3. Hands-on digital marketing and content creation experience.
  4. Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  5. Familiarity with internal communications practices, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  6. A full, clean UK driving licence.

Desirable

  1. Experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector.
  2. Knowledge of youth organisations or the Armed Forces.
  3. Basic understanding of graphic design tools, such as Photoshop.
