Customer Service Executive

12-month FTC

Salary: £28k To £32k Including Benefits

Location: Hemel

(Hybrid working: 3 days office and 2 days home)

Our client is a global organisation and market leader in their industry. Currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a 12-month FTC. Great company with free parking and newly refurnished offices.

Your Role:

  1. Process orders via emails, calls, and shared inbox.
  2. Deal with returns.
  3. Process stock deliveries.
  4. Monitor the complete delivery process.
  5. Send out invoices.
  6. Arrange special deliveries.
  7. Handle queries.
  8. Work closely with internal teams such as account managers.
  9. Keep in-house systems up to date.
  10. General admin.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Strong customer service experience.
  2. Excellent admin skills such as Excel.
  3. Good systems knowledge; SAP would be desirable or experience of using an in-house CRM system.
  4. Ability to multitask.
  5. Team player.
