Davis Tate is looking to hire an experienced Estate Agency Lettings Negotiator to be based at our Reading town centre. Competitive package dependent on experience.

Primarily responsible for contributing towards generating and maintaining profitable sales within the office area and working as part of the office team to achieve office targets as set in the business plan.

Responsibilities
  • Work as a member of the office team to achieve office lettings targets
  • Achieve personal targets
  • Undertake specific actions as instructed by the Lettings/Branch Manager
  • Be a team member within the network of offices and services
  • Refer and promote the network at all times
  • Work to Core Values and All Property Matters ethos at all times
  • Act as an ambassador of Davis Tate inside and outside of employment hours
  • Meet and greet all visitors and register, book viewings and valuations, and carry out viewings
  • Deal with website referrals without delay, contact to register, book viewings and valuations where appropriate
  • Demonstrate IT skills
  • Ability to work to defined policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate a good level of influencing and negotiating skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise, good at time management
  • Adaptable to change moving with the economic climate
  • Demonstrate good team player attitude
  • Possess admin skills
  • Customer facing skills – ability to remain calm under pressure, build and maintain strong relationships with a varied audience
  • Ability to work using own judgement
  • Driving licence essential
  • Work Monday - Friday and one in three Saturdays with a day off in lieu in the preceding week
