Superb opportunity for a talented Fit out Site Manager. We are working alongside a large fit out contractor based in Bristol with a brimming order book.
The Site Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing / managing fit out projects valued up to £4m.
- Ensuring Health, Safety and the Environment are their first priority in all decisions and actions.
- Managing and delivering all construction activities in an efficient and cost effective manner that causes least disruption.
- Demonstrating a positive ‘can do’ attitude at all times whilst understanding the impact of decisions on all aspects of the project.
- Reporting openly and honestly at all times, acknowledging problems, analysing and providing solutions.
- Taking responsibility and ownership for the entire project.
Experiences needed for the role of Site Manager:
- The successful Site Manager must have experience gained on residential or commercial fit out.
- A stable record of employment.
- The Site Manager will have a recognised construction qualification with all relevant site certifications.
