We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Site Manager to oversee a flagship luxury residential fit out in the heart of London’s West End. Project value circa £40m.
As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the installation of 1st and 2nd fix joinery packages. The majority of the packages will be bespoke and will require the utmost attention to detail. Working closely with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will oversee all aspects of the joinery install, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
The Site Manager’s key responsibilities will include:
- To manage day-to-day on-site operations, including coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- The Site Manager will monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement proactive solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
