They are seeking 2 highly skilled and experienced freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the project team and oversee the financial management of a luxury residential project.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project within budgetary constraints while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of cost management, including budget preparation, cost forecasting, and monitoring expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and risk assessments to identify potential areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Manage subcontractor agreements to ensure favourable terms and conditions.

Requirements

  • An academic construction qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
