Davis Mills is supporting a client in the London area with a mixed-use residential development, seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to be office based. You’ll lead day-to-day cost control and reporting for multiple subcontract packages and ensure timely final accounts, retentions and archive material are completed.
As part of a large construction group, you will collaborate with the Managing Surveyor, manage subcontract procurement, and issue payments in accordance with the Contract.
