Experienced Mechanical Manager required to be based on a stunning project A successful building main contractor based in London, specializing in luxury residential markets, new build and refurbishment schemes, large hotels, and commercial developments. Job Description: We are seeking a talented Mechanical Manager to join a successful and rapidly expanding main contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a £40m internal fit out of 2 opulent resident projects in the heart of Mayfair. The Mechanical Manager\’s role involves managing and administering specialist subcontractors, supervising, coordinating, and planning the works on site, reviewing contractor design elements, and ensuring that the project deliverables are achieved with regard to safety, quality, programme, and cost.
