Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor required. Our client is a building main contractor based in Central London and entrusted with some of Britain's most prestigious residential and commercial properties. They are carrying out a refurbishment roll out programme of converting old fire stations into high end commercial units and require, on a freelance basis, an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a background and be competent on the day to day commercial issues of an on-going site. Other pre requisites include:
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor at running concurrent projects.
- Ideally experience within the construction London market.
- Experience of refurbishment projects.
