The contractor successfully delivers projects that include groundworks, drainage, RC works, blockwork, steelwork, temporary works, diamond drilling, demolition, and strip‐outs.
They are keen to secure the services of a talented Quantity Surveyor to undertake commercial duties covering the full range of responsibilities, from procurement through to final accounts. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have a strong background and be competent in managing the day‐to‐day commercial issues of an ongoing site.
Qualifications and Experience- Ideally, experience within the London construction market
- Experience with structural and groundworks packages
- A formal Quantity Surveying qualification
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial and technical competence
- Living within commuting distance of Central London
