Fabulous opportunity for a talented Project Manager. We are working alongside an international property investment company who are in the process of converting a 2000 metre square property in the heart of the West End into a super prime residence. The scheme involves a structural refurbishment and fit out, incorporating the finest materials.
The Project Manager will contribute at the highest level with regards to responsibility for delivery of the project safely, on time and to the client’s satisfaction. They will ensure that during the project all aspects of safety, environmental, quality, technical and commercial management issues are implemented and maintained, whilst building a close relationship with the client. The Project Manager will drive and motivate the site team to create the best possible finishes.
Our client is looking for someone that can communicate well (good client skills), experienced at managing subcontractors, as well as maximising and getting the best out of the direct labour. The Project Manager will have a background and be extremely competent at bringing in a project to time, quality and budget.
Other prerequisites are:
- The Project Manager must have a construction related degree
- Main contracting or client side experience, with an eye for detail
- Ideally experience of project managing high end builds
- Project Manager must have experience of formulating precise short term programmes
- Strong management and communication skills
- Commercially and technically competent
- Comfortable with managing meetings and dealing with the client and their representatives
In return, the successful Project Manager can expect to earn a generous basic salary as well as joining a fabulous project.
