Freelance Senior Estimator – The successful Senior Estimator will be offered on going work on an exciting and complex scheme. We are resourcing an experienced Freelance Estimator to be site based on a large prime residential fit out in the heart of Mayfair. Our client as a large amount of variations which need repricing and submitting. The Estimator will be working from drawings / Bills of quantities and will be expected to produce accurate variations for submission. The work is complex and requires an experienced Estimator with an understanding of pricing and quality presentation and will also be expected to liaise with the site team during the preparation of the submissions. Our client is a large construction main contractor who specialise in the luxury prime residential market on schemes ranging from £15 - £60m in value, working on both new build and refurbishment schemes. Estimator’s key attributes: * Main contracting background * Experienced in residential fit outs * Capable of preparing BoQ’s from specifications and drawings * Familiar with computerised estimating software
