Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner required on PAYE or self employed basis Specialist construction company who manufacture an array of bespoke joiner products. They are looking to recruit 4 skilled Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner to join their production team. The Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner will be involved in the manufacture of high-quality furniture products from technical drawings through to final assembly, working closely with design and production teams. Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner will be involved in: * Manufacture bespoke and batch-produced wooden furniture to a high standard. * Interpret technical drawings and production specifications. * Work from CAD drawings and liaise with design teams where required. * Operate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. * Assemble, fit and finish furniture products ensuring excellent quality standards. * Assist with prototype development and continuous improvement initiatives. * Maintain a clean and organised work environment. * Work closely with production colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time. * Support quality control processes and ensure products meet customer specifications.
