The role focuses on turning agreed plans into clear salon focussed campaigns and toolkits for the direct sales team and distributor partners, coordinating set‑up on systems, ensuring POS/samples/materials are ready and delivered on time, and preparing performance reporting to support continuous improvement. The role also provides customer marketing support for our biggest direct customers and retail partners, including planning and coordinating in‑store activations, ensuring they are on‑brand, delivered sustainably and aligned with Davines’ values. The Specialist contributes to Davines brand growth by supporting distribution point development and brand deposits across salons, distributors, retailers and e‑retailers, while maintaining brand health.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Sales & Distributor Sales Tools: coordinate the localisation and distribution of go‑to‑market materials for launches and commercial campaigns (sell‑in/sell‑out tools, key messages, sales presentations), ensuring sales teams and distributor partners have what they need, when they need it.
- Promotion Set‑Up & Execution Support: work with Customer Care and Sales to ensure promotions and initiatives are correctly set up on systems and communicated clearly to direct and distributor teams for both markets, in line with the initiative plan.
- Coordinate POS, samples and sales materials: briefing, ordering/printing and delivery, working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure everything is available in time for the start of promotional periods.
- Sales Cycle & Distributor Communications: support the CS&P Manager, Sales Manager and Marketing team to produce sales presentations for each sales cycle and ensure timely sharing of key updates and materials with distributor partners.
- Retail Activation Coordination: working with Retail Manager to support agreed retail partner activity by coordinating materials for in‑store activation to ensure key campaign objectives are met and key messages highlighted, ensuring sign‑off by the Marketing Manager.
- Field Feedback & Continuous Improvement: support the roll‑out of launches and initiatives by coordinating sales team feedback and distributor input. Capture questions, objections and best practices to improve briefs, FAQs and future deployments.
- Market, Competitor & Stock Support: maintain basic competitor and price trackers, and support forecasting and stock readiness by coordinating inputs with Sales, Demand Planning and Customer Care to ensure launches and initiatives are properly supported.
