The mission will be to lead the strategic and operational development of Trade Marketing initiatives that support our brands’ purpose and integrity; building awareness, loyalty and sustainable growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and finalize an annual trade marketing plan in line with global marketing strategy, brand values and develop new approaches for all direct channels, to drive sell in and sell out initiatives.
  • Strategic development of the promotional plan and associated presentation tools for brand/product launches, brand penetration, sales growth, customer acquisition & retention program.
  • Ensure the planning and perfect execution of each animation, in line with brand guidelines and positioning.
  • Provide accurate forecasting for trade marketing activities.
  • Take accountability for the ‘UK Business Hub’ and implement all relevant updates for our salon & spa partners.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze results and develop strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Definition of the best local promotion strategies in order to bring a concrete commercial and economical evaluation and implementation.
  • Design and allocate resources and materials necessary to support animations (POS, samples, GWP/GWT & corporate GIFT, etc.).
  • Develop event strategy for the UK both B2B & B2C to drive Brand Awareness and achieve commercial KPIs, and implement all associated activities and initiatives.
  • Monitor the competitors’ activities on the market, through a constant relationship with Marketing, and with the sales force.
  • Coordinate with Global team to be fully aligned with the global strategy and develop tailor made actions based on local needs.
  • Studying and monitoring both (comfort zone) and /Skin Regimen/ brands’ market penetration.
  • Analysis of Market and competitors within sales and marketing data and trends in order to define strategical initiative programs for the sales team.
  • Definition and creation of specific tailor-made UK initiatives and projects.
  • Support the Education team with updates to the E’Learning Platform.
  • Regular site visits with the team to build relationships, understand the result of the trade activities and for market research.

Who You Are

  • Passionate in the beauty industry, with previous experience in trade marketing management within structured companies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience on selective beauty brands is a plus.
  • Have a business insight and understanding of trade marketing contests within the Beauty Market.
  • High social, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong project/time management skills.
  • Have a natural interest in global culture and lifestyle is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
