We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Skin care Sales division while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. The Digital Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for driving online sales growth and brand visibility through digital marketing and social commerce channels. This role combines creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking to optimize digital campaigns, manage online product performance, and engage audiences across social platforms to deliver measurable business results. This role is fundamental to the growth of the comfort zone and Skin Regimen Lx business in the UK.
What You Will Do
- Ecommerce
- Develop and execute the Online Trading and Marketing Plan for the UK market in alignment with the Global Marketing Calendar, business objectives, and the Skincare Division’s strategy.
- Collaborate with the Global team to define and implement the digital advertising strategy for the external agency.
- Forecast demand and manage stock levels for the E-commerce department.
- Own the departmental P&L, overseeing budget management, forecasting, and financial revisions.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify growth opportunities, optimise the customer journey, and increase conversion rates and sales performance.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and action plans for the UK Line Manager.
- Present updates, key learnings, and upcoming initiatives during sales meetings with the comfort zone team.
- Share monthly alignment reports with Global, including performance insights, best practices, and competitive benchmarks.
- E-retailers
- Serve as the primary contact for all e-retail partners.
- Co-develop joint marketing calendars that align partner campaigns with brand priorities.
- Provide partners with new line forms, pricing updates, and documentation as required.
- Process e-retailer orders via PoSpace or partner portals, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Monitor daily account statements, ensuring no overdue balances beyond payment terms.
- Manage credit notes and invoicing for e-retailer orders as needed.
- Amazon SC
- Upload new and optimise existing Amazon catalogue listings.
- Create and dispatch FBA shipments for the UK and Ireland using Sage X3 and PoSpace.
- Partner with the Finance team to process bi-weekly invoicing for both UK & Ireland markets.
- Plan, launch, and optimise Amazon Ads campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
- Social Media
- Develop and lead UK social media strategy (aligned with global) to grow following, engagement, and performance across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Own trading & performance for TikTok Shop UK: test offers, adjust pins, apply urgency tactics to drive conversion.
- Collaborate with UK PR Influencer Manager.
- Sustainability
- Engagement: Work closely with PR and other departments to effectively communicate the brands sustainability achievements and campaigns across the UK social media channels and engage the audience.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Collect team sustainability metrics and performance data to support internal and external reporting (e.g. travel mileage, team hours dedicated to sustainability activities).
- Education: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and communications to encourage brand ambassador participation in sustainability initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Research emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing sustainability-related events, such as Earth Day campaigns, volunteer cleanups, or energy conservation drives.
- CRM
- Create and edit newsletter templates aligned with campaign objectives and seasonal themes.
- Maintain database engagement through regular email communications.
- Grow the CRM database via promotional campaigns and educational content.
- Conduct A/B testing on newsletters, analyse results, and share findings with Global and other Business Units.
Who You Are
- Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and online advertising tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights dashboards.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp etc).
- The knowledge of Shopify.
- Strong grasp of content strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.).
- Understanding of algorithms, engagement metrics, and influencer partnerships.
- Ability to manage social ad campaigns and track performance KPIs.
- Excellent brand storytelling and community engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills with senior leaders and experience in collaboration in an international environment.
- Strong passion for the digital world and ability to maintain state-of-the-art knowledge.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
