Job Mission

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Skin care Sales division while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. This Commercial Sales Role is fundamental to the development of the [Comfort Zone] & Skin Regimen Lx Business in the UK. You will be responsible for the growth of the region by pro‑actively researching and winning new spa partnerships alongside the development of existing partners in line with the company brand standards and sustainability values.

What You Will Do

  • Develop a strong understanding of Comfort Zone & Skin Regimen Lx markets, customer needs and competition.
  • Represent the company to the highest level at all times, according to company expectations.
  • Ensure research is carried out in all areas of New Business from Hotel, Health & Fitness and Day Spa, taking into consideration the CZ/SR Brand position and integrity to existing accounts as agreed with the National Salon and Spa Sales Manager.
  • Evaluate each business opportunity with respect to financial value, strategic fit, culture fit and risk profile.
  • Proven ability to secure meetings with business opportunities and convert to openings.
  • Respond to all New Business Enquiries efficiently, qualify/disqualify.
  • Develop and present bespoke business quotes & proposals to meet the needs of the new business.
  • Build strong professional relationships with the existing salon and spa partners.
  • Understand the accounts business and put strategic plans together to grow their CZ/SR Business through core and promotional activity.
  • Meet sell‑in targets (core, promotional & corporate gift).
  • Manage the accounts Stock levels, develop sell‑through strategy.
  • Establish and maintain the brand’s standards through implementation of the visual merchandising.
  • Create a culture of ‘Sell Out’ Events within the area: set and host events on location as required and meet sell‑through targets.
  • Provide event support for key accounts/groups as required.
  • Train all accounts in product and sales knowledge to develop retail growth.
  • Ensure full understanding of our technical treatments and liaise with the spa trainer to book training.
  • Manage own diary efficiently, to achieve key objectives of the role and needs of the business.
  • Effectively represent CZ/SR at trade shows, corporate presentations and on sales visits to network and conduct market research.
  • Preparing/presenting sales results at Sales Meetings and actively participate in all Sales Meetings.
  • Participate in social and environmental initiatives to increase [comfort zone] sustainability credentials.

  • Work under pressure to deliver on monthly and annual targets.
  • Has a recognised spa / beauty therapy qualification.
  • Highly motivated, passionate, enthusiastic with strong business acumen.
  • Flexible attitude towards changing goals.
  • A full, clean driving licence is essential.
  • Commercially minded, passion for sustainability.
