We're looking for a confident, relationship-driven National Account & Business Development Manager to help us grow our presence across the country and build long-term partnerships with leading chefs, venues and foodservice operators. What you'll be doing:

  • This is a true dual-role opportunity combining national account management with new business development.
  • Grow and nurture key accounts.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with national foodservice groups and hospitality operators.
  • Deliver annual growth plans aligned with company targets.
  • Run monthly business reviews and weekly performance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our product range.
  • Support pricing, tenders and contract renewals.
  • Win new business.
  • Identify and secure new national and regional customers.
  • Build a strong pipeline across hospitality, stadia, education, healthcare, travel and leisure.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
  • Create strategic entry plans for high-value target groups.
  • Represent us at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Contribute to growth strategies and forecasting.

How success will be measured:

  • You’ll play a key role in driving our commercial performance through:
  • Revenue growth (new and existing customers).
  • Strong gross margins.
  • New business wins and account retention.
  • Pipeline value and conversion.
  • Tender success rate.

What we're looking for:

  • We're seeking someone who is commercially driven, confident and relationship-focused:
  • Proven success in National Account Management within foodservice or FMCG.
  • A track record of winning new business.
  • Experience supplying contract caterers or hospitality groups.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of the foodservice industry.
