We’re looking for a confident, relationship-driven

National Account & Business Development Manager to help us grow our presence across the country and build long-term partnerships with leading chefs, venues and foodservice operators.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a true dual-role opportunity combining national account management with new business development.

  • Grow and nurture key accounts
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with national foodservice groups and hospitality operators
  • Deliver annual growth plans aligned with company targets
  • Run monthly business reviews and weekly performance reporting
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our product range
  • Support pricing, tenders and contract renewals
  • Win new business
  • Identify and secure new national and regional customers
  • Build a strong pipeline across hospitality, stadia, education, healthcare, travel and leisure
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award
  • Create strategic entry plans for high-value target groups
  • Represent us at industry events and exhibitions
  • Contribute to growth strategies and forecasting

You’ll play a key role in driving our commercial performance through

  • Revenue growth (new and existing customers)
  • Strong gross margins
  • New business wins and account retention
  • Pipeline value and conversion
  • Tender success rate
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in National Account Management within foodservice or FMCG
  • A track record of winning new business
  • Experience supplying contract caterers or hospitality groups
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of the foodservice industry
