We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Quantitative Senior Research Executive to join our growing team. This is a full-time role (with 3 days in-office) reporting to a senior member of the quantitative team. It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s curious about data, confident in the fundamentals of quantitative research, and excited about turning numbers into meaningful stories for some of the world’s biggest brands.

The RoleYou’ll work closely with senior researchers to get hands-on experience at every stage of the research process from questionnaire design through to analysis and delivering impactful insight to clients. The work will span a wide range of sectors from Media & Tech to FMCG and Finance and across a range of quantitative methodologies. You’ll be supported to grow and take real ownership of your work.
What You'll Be Doing- Supporting the design of questionnaires and survey link checks
- Interpreting the data to surface clear and compelling insights based on the project and clients' research objectives and needs
- Reporting insights through data visualisation (charts, tables, infographics), and designing topline reports and debrief presentations
- Contributing ideas in proposal brainstorms and getting involved in new business opportunities
- Being an active, curious team player; learning from those around you, seeking feedback, and embedding d+m’s values into your daily work
- 2-4 years of experience using the fundamentals of quantitative research
- Comfortable and curious about working with numbers and data, and an ability to spot what’s interesting in them
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with tools such as Q, SPSS, or similar
- Ambition, curiosity, and a drive to learn and take ownership
