What You'll Be Doing

  • Interpreting the data to surface clear and compelling insights based on the project and clients research objectives and needs
  • Reporting insights through data visualisation (charts, tables, infographics), and designing topline reports and debrief presentations
  • Contributing ideas in proposal brainstorms and getting involved in new business opportunities
  • Being an active, curious team player; learning from those around you, seeking feedback, and embedding d+m’s values into your daily work

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience using the fundamentals of quantitative research
  • Comfortable and curious about working with numbers and data, and an ability to spot what’s interesting in them
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with tools such as Q, SPSS, or similar
  • Ambition, curiosity, and a drive to learn and take ownership
  • A self-starter who thrives on feedback and wants to grow quickly
  • Be part of an ambitious, unconventional agency doing things differently
  • Work alongside a friendly, creative team who value bold thinking and individuality
  • Get stuck into work for global clients across a huge range of industries
  • Access a range of benefits designed to support your wellbeing and professional development

We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace, and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences - even if you don’t meet every requirement listed. If you’re excited about this role and think you could be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you. As part of that commitment, we support flexible working and do our best to accommodate individual needs. Our London office is accessible, and we’re always happy to discuss any adjustments or tools that help you do your best work.
