Description
To deliver a cost-effective end-to-end recruitment service to the organisation; driving a proactive approach to sourcing and selecting the best talent, ensuring that the hiring manager and candidate experience are positive.
What will your day look like:
- Be a part of a busy recruitment team ensuring the delivery of a proactive end-to-end recruitment service.
- Deliver all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing, through to offer management and timely onboarding of new hires.
- Work with the business to understand their recruitment needs and agree on effective recruitment plans.
- Create an engaging approach to attraction utilizing all available sourcing techniques, with a focus on direct sourcing and social media, to attract active high-caliber candidates and engage passive candidates.
- Utilize the e-recruitment system to support the recruitment process, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Build strong working relationships across the business to facilitate influence, guidance, and drive in the recruitment process.
- Understand competitor practices and maintain a focus on continuous improvement to ensure the best talent is identified and secured.
- Headhunt using job boards including LinkedIn to source candidates.
- Ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid for lunch.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Proven track record of managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including volume and hard-to-fill roles within a fast-paced legal environment (in-house or agency).
- Expertise in utilizing a breadth of attraction methods, including strong direct sourcing experience and social media channels.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, HR teams, and third-party suppliers.
- Knowledge of working with e-recruitment systems.
- Strong organizational and re-prioritization skills, with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
