Davies is recruiting a Complex Injury Assistant Lawyer in Southampton.
The role supports the Lead Lawyer on high-value multi-track and catastrophic injury claims, including EL, PL and RTA, with exposure to indemnity and liability issues.
You will engage with senior claims handlers and assist in developing the firm’s profile.
You will draft technical advice on indemnity, liability, quantum and causation, interview witnesses, prepare pleadings and instruct counsel as needed.
