Description

What will your day look like:
- Compiling Court compliant witness statements using the Verirate system
- Court Attendance when required to provide evidence against the produced reports
- To become a subject matter expert on car hire and BHR (Basic Hire Rates)
- Maintain the required SLA levels
- Input new instruction onto the VeriRate system
- Attend team meetings at the Preston office when required
- Assist with incoming calls to the department
- General housekeeping requirements
Knowledge and Abilities:
- GCSE In Math and English (Minimum of Grade C or equivalent)
- Computer Literate
- Use and Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good and Clear Telephone Manner
- General knowledge of civil litigation and court procedure (is a nice to have)
- Report Writing
- Presentations (Written and Oral)
- Excellent time management with the ability to work to deadlines
- Good organisational skill
