Hours Rota – 08:00 – 18:30, rolling 1/4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday, where Sunday work is required) Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Service & Recruitment: Deliver KPIs related to telephony and claim activity, optimize performance, and manage recruitment strategies. Continual Improvement: Streamline processes, analyze data for inefficiencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements. Compliance: Ensure activities comply with regulations, conduct audits, and stay updated on industry changes. Customer Satisfaction: Address customer enquiries and complaints, develop initiatives to improve customer experience, and monitor satisfaction levels. Business Development: Contribute to strategic planning, identify market trends, and manage budgets to support growth. Knowledge and Abilities: Motivate and inspire teams across remote and hybrid locations. Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented with strategic thinking and continuous improvement focus. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
